- For each product dispatched, there are up to three delivery attempts. After that, the product will be returned to us. For a redelivery, we will charge a fee. The fee depends on the size of the product. Please note, you will receive notifications through email regarding when your package will be delivered.

Don’t worry if you are not at home during an attempt, we are able to hold the package for you at a certain post office location or re-arrange the delivery date. Please leave your phone number at the checkout as well. In case of issues with delivery or incorrect address etc, we or the shipping company will always contact you. If you keep an eye on your email, we guarantee you will receive your package without any issues.

How long does it take to receive my package?

* These are the most common transit times, delays rarely occur. We can’t take “responsibility for any delays caused by our shipping company.

Can customs delays occur?

- Yes, it’s possible. However, we consider ourselves experts on worldwide shipping. We will prepare all of the paperwork in a proper way. And for that reason, customs delays rarely occur. The 2-6 working day delivery includes the time that customs needs to clear a package. However, delays caused by customs are possible. There is nothing we can do to speed up the process if they decide to hold a package.

Import charges / Customs Duty

Please note, we are not responsible for any customs charges or customs duties. We try to keep this information as updated as possible, but errors can occur. 

Import Duty: about 5% of total shipping value

Does my package have insurance?

Yes, we are fully responsible for the shipping process. In the rare event your package gets damaged, we always arrange a replacement and take full responsibility. In the rare event your package does get damaged, we always ask for photos of the damage. Without any photos or other proof, we can’t ship you a new product.

What if my package gets damaged?

In case of any damage sustained during the shipping process, we will always arrange a replacement. We are fully responsible for the shipping process. It’s important to contact us as soon as you can. Damage to packaging or product must be reported within 3 days after receiving. Also, we will request photos of the damage.  Without any photos or other proof, we can’t ship you a new product.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

- No, unfortunately.

Do you ship to military addresses?

- No, unfortunately we can't. This can only be done through USPS. Which is a shipper we do not work with.

I put in a wrong address, what now?

- Contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to adjust your address, even if the package already shipped. Please contact us as soon as you can, and we will take care of it.

The shipping company tried to deliver my package, but I wasn’t at home.

- Don’t worry, there will be two more delivery attempts. It is best to contact the delivery company directly and arrange a redelivery. Always give them your tracking number, so they know which package you are referring to. If you are experiencing any issues doing this, don’t hesitate to contact us. We are ready to help.

My country is not listed as a delivery possibility?

It's possible, contact is through the contact page for a quote. Most likely we are able to deliver to your country.

Will I receive a tracking number?

- Yes, you will also receive tracking notifications. You can find your tracking number in your email. If you have any issues finding it, please contact us through the support page. Include delivery address; it makes it easier for us to find your order.

Will proper Packaging be used?

Yes, your product will packed firstly with two layers of bubble plastic. Once your package is sealed in the bubble plastic, it gets packed in cardboard boxes (7mm each side double wave).

This will guarantee a safe shipment.
