Returns and refunds

In the unlikely event that you want to return a product, we are happy to assist you. If you follow the following guidelines, the return process is very easy.

Always contact us before returning, you can do this “through the contact page. After contacting, we will send instructions how and where to return the product. Do not return without contacting first. We are not responsible for any loss or cost incurred in the process of returning without contacting first. 

Guidelines


- Return a product within 14 days after the official delivery date (not dispatch date)
- Exchange a product within 14 days after the official delivery date (not dispatch date)
- We accept returns if the product is in unused, mint condition (package removal is no issue).
- Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
- We can’t accept custom or personalized orders for a return.
- Due to the scale of our maps, not all cities and islands will be visible/marked on the map. If you want to know if a location is featured on a map, please contact us. We do not accept a missing city or island as a reason for return. We are always happy to add certain locations to your map.
- Refunds will be made once the product is received by us.
- In case of any damage, there may be a deduction in refund.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Customs fees will not be refunded.
